Returns / Exchanges:
Click HERE to download our return/exchange form. Print it out, fill it out and follow our return/exchange instructions.

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned/exchanged within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. All returns/exchanges will only be accepted with a completed return/exchange form.

Returns/exchanges should be mailed to the address on our return/exchange form. Please find your return form in your package or download it and follow the simple instructions.

Once your package has been received by our returns/exchanges department, your refund will be processed using the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the email address listed in your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction once they have received the information from us.

Using the original packaging if possible, pack and enclose a completed return/exchange form. It is recommended that you ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept COD.

How do I order?
You can either place an order online at www.totalskull.com or you can telephone us at Total Skull Headquarters - 323 934 5483 - to place your order.

What are my payment options?
We accept the following:

Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Your credit card will be captured for approval and it usually takes 24 hours for everything to be processed. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an email confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has shipped.

When will my order be shipped?
If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the next morning. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3pm PST, the order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sundays) will be shipped on Monday. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. This enables you to track your package every step of the way!!! International and APO orders receive an email confirmation that the order was shipped, but no tracking number will be included because your order will ship via USPS.

What are your US shipping fees?
We use UPS as our carrier, and UPS GROUND and UPS 2ND DAY are the mailing options. Shipping fees are calculated at time of checkout.

How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be on your invoice, or will be emailed to you.

Yes, TOTALSKULL.com employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure your privacy. Once TOTAL SKULL receives your order, it is then decoded and processed.

Are purchases on your website really tax free?
Yes, shopping on TOTALSKULL.com is tax free EXCEPT for residents of California (sorry, California, because it's our home state we must charge local taxes here)

Will I get a receipt with my order?
Yes, along with your email receipt you will also receive a printed invoice with your package.

Yes, just subscribe with TOTALSKULL.com online and we can store your information on our secure server to save you time during the checkout process. You must remember to save your password!!!

Can I remove items from my shopping cart or do I have to start over?
You can remove items from your shopping cart at any time prior to placing your order. To view your shopping cart, click on the link at the top of the page. To remove something from your shopping cart click “clear”.

Why didn't I receive an email confirmation or receipt after ordering?
An incorrect email address must have been entered. AOL users please remember there's no "www" in your email address.

How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with TOTALSKULL.com, please send us an email as soon as you can. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

We use USPS as our carrier, and shipping fees are calculated at the time of checkout. If you are an international customer, please remember that your order must go through customs, therefore, we have no control on exact delivery dates, but we do expedite as quickly as we can. We can ship your order standard (5-7 business days) or 3-5 day shipping (global express). Rates are calculated upon checkout. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you.
